Ikom Consulting provides business coaching, consulting, mentoring, educational resources, workshops, strategy sessions, and related professional services primarily within the United States.

Results from coaching and consulting services may vary depending on each client’s effort, business conditions, implementation, experience, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

4. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old;

You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements;

You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees for services, coaching programs, consultations, subscriptions, or digital products must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are non-refundable;

Missed sessions may not be refunded;

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for non-payment.

If a payment plan is offered, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. SMS Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ikom Consulting related to:

Appointment reminders;

Upcoming meetings;

Service-related notifications;

Client support communications.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us directly.

We do not sell or share SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Ikom Consulting, including but not limited to:

Training materials;

Frameworks;

Worksheets;

Videos;

Branding;

Written content;

Logos;

Digital products;

are the intellectual property of Ikom Consulting and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not knowingly disclose confidential information except:

When required by law;

To protect legal rights;

With client consent.

Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during coaching or consulting engagements.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Ikom Consulting does not provide:

Legal advice;

Tax advice;

Financial advisory services;

Licensed mental health counseling.

Clients should seek qualified professionals for those matters.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikom Consulting shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages;

Loss of profits;

Business interruption;

Personal or business decisions made by clients.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client:

Violates these Terms;

Engages in abusive conduct;

Misuses our services;

Fails to make payments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting or distribution to clients.
